01I am moving into a new office space and I need help to design our low voltage footprint.
We engage our BICSI RCDD credentialed designer to help design your space and follow industry standards. 02Great, what do you deliver? I’d like to make sure I get the best possible price when the design goes out for construction bid.
Once we understand the requirements, we will generate our own CAD drawings for your sign-off. That will ultimately yield a bill of materials and help to develop the RFP. Once the responses have been received, we will level set the responses and help you make the best decision accounting for quality and prices.
03How do I know the sub-contractors are following the design and quality standards?
We will assign a project manager who will be part of all construction meetings and re-enforce the design standards to the team. Pictures and documentation of the progress will be submitted at every stage.
